Property Income Distribution of 14p per Ordinary Share of 2p each - 17 September 2024

The Directors of Glenstone REIT plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on 17 September 2024 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 14p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 18 October 2024 in respect of the year ended 31 March 2025.

Glenstone REIT Plc (the "Company") hereby announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12pm (midday) on Wednesday 18th September 2024 at The In and Out Naval and Military Club, 4 St James's Square, London SW1Y 4JU.

Tender Offer Result August 2024

Further to the announcement made on 31 July 2024, the Board can confirm that a total of 55,871 shares have been tendered at a price of £9.50 per Ordinary Share, representing a 27% take-up and a total return of £530,774.50 to shareholders.

Tender Offer July 2024

The Board of Glenstone REIT plc (the "Company") is pleased to confirm a proposed return to shareholders of up to £1,999,997 by way of a tender offer at £9.50 per Ordinary Share, subject to and conditional on the Company receiving the requisite shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.

Glenstone purchases retail unit in Bury St Edmunds

Glenstone have purchased 15 Cornhill, Bury St Edmunds for £1.2m reflecting a yield of circa 13%. The property is let in its entirety to WH Smith for a remaining 8.5 years.
