Property Income Distribution of 15p per Ordinary Share of 2p each- September 2025

The Directors of Glenstone REIT plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on 17 September 2025 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 15p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 17 October 2025 in respect of the year ending 31 March 2026.

Glenstone REIT Plc (the "Company") hereby announces that its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 12pm (midday) on Wednesday 17 September 2025 at The In and Out Naval and Military Club, 4 St James’s Square, London, SW1Y 4JU.

Result of Tender Offer

Further to the announcement made on 31 July 2025, the Board can confirm that a total of 6,344 Ordinary Shares were tendered at a price of £9.75 per Ordinary Share, representing a 3% take-up. Given the low level of shareholder participation, the directors have determined that proceeding with the buyback scheme this year is no longer in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders. Accordingly, the Tender Offer has been cancelled in accordance with paragraph 2.19 of Part 2 of the Tender Offer circular dated 31 July 2025.

The Board of Glenstone REIT plc (the "Company") is pleased to confirm a proposed return to shareholders of up to £2,053,915.50 by way of a tender offer at £9.75 per Ordinary Share, subject to and conditional on the Company receiving the requisite shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.
