The Directors of Glenstone Property plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on Monday 2nd December 2019 it was resolved that a first Interim Property Income Distribution of 26p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 6th December 2019 in respect of the year ending 31st March 2020.

The Directors of Glenstone Property plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on Wednesday 5th June 2019, it was resolved that a second interim Property Income Distribution of 30p per Ordinary share of 2p each is to be paid on 28th June 2019 in respect of the year ending 31st March 2019.

On 18th December 2018 Glenstone Property plc purchased the total share capital of a private holding company Ravensthorpe Holdings Limited in a cash deal for a total consideration of circa £1.9m.
