Glenstone REIT Plc (the "Company") hereby announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12pm (midday) on Wednesday 13 September 2023 at The In and Out Naval and Military Club, 4 St James's Square, London, SW1Y 4JU. The notice of AGM, a copy of which is attached to this announcement, has been posted to shareholders today.

Tender Offer July 2023

The Board of Glenstone REIT plc (the "Company") is pleased to confirm a proposed return to shareholders of up to £912,883.50 by way of a tender offer at £9.50 per Ordinary Share, subject to and conditional on the Company receiving the requisite shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.

The Directors of Glenstone REIT Plc are please to report that at a Board Meeting held on 6 June 2023 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 18p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid 7 July 2023 in respect of the year ended 31 March 2023.
