The Directors of Glenstone Property plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on Wednesday 9 December 2020 it was resolved that a first Interim Property Income Distribution of 20p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 11 December 2020 in respect of the half year ending 30 September 2020.

Since the March 2020 year end the executive team have dealt with circumstances that none of us could have envisaged 12 months ago. Despite the considerable amount of time dealing with occupiers and negotiating payments the executive team have managed to continue with implementing our strategy of becoming a fully diversified REIT.

Results of Tender Offer

In respect of the Tender Offer by Glenstone Property PLC (“Glenstone”) to acquire ordinary shares in Alternative Income REIT PLC (“AIRE”), the Directors of Glenstone are pleased to announce that a total of 11,855,461 AIRE Shares, representing 14.73% of AIRE’s issued share capital, were tendered under the Tender Offer as at the closing date of 1.00 p.m. on 19 November 2020.  Glenstone, having waived the Minimum Condition, will now acquire all shares which have been tendered.

Extension of Tender Offer

Glenstone Property PLC (“Glenstone”) announces that its tender offer to acquire up to 20,125,000 ordinary shares for cash in Alternative Income REIT PLC (“AIRE”) will remain open until 1.00pm on Thursday 19 November 2020 to enable the tenders to be processed.

Glenstone acquire Leeds Industrial Unit

Glenstone have completed the purchase of a single let industrial unit in Leeds let to Just Trays Limited. Just Trays Limited are the UKs number 1 shower tray manufacturer and are in the process of relocating their HQ to the subject property which is located at the established Whitehall Industrial Estate adjacent to the A58.
