Tender Offer – Share Repurchase

Glenstone Property Plc (the “Company”) is pleased to confirm that an offer of £9.00 per Ordinary share is being made by the Company to all shareholders for the repurchase of up to 111,111 Ordinary shares, subject to and conditional on the Company receiving the requisite shareholder approval at the AGM on Wednesday 8 September 2021.

In the event that demand surpasses 111,111 Ordinary shares, the Company will adjust the number of shares to be purchased from each shareholder on a pro rata basis. It is intended that the repurchased Ordinary shares will be held in treasury.

The window for shareholders to register their sale requirements will open at 8am on Monday 2 August 2021 and will close at 4pm on Friday 13 August 2021.

A letter has been sent to all shareholders today including further details of the proposed tender offer.
