Property Income Distribution of 15p per Ordinary Share of 2p each- December 2025

The Directors of Glenstone REIT plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on 8 December 2025 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 15p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 16 January 2026 in respect of the year ending 31 March 2026.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 19 December 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 18 December 2025.
