Tender Offer

The Board of Glenstone REIT plc (the "Company") is pleased to confirm a proposed return to shareholders of up to £912,883.50 by way of a tender offer at £9.50 per Ordinary Share, subject to and conditional on the Company receiving the requisite shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.
The attached circular has been sent to all shareholders today containing full details of the proposed tender offer and how to participate.
The latest time and date for shareholders to register their tenders is 1pm on Tuesday 15 August 2023.
