The Directors of Glenstone REIT plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on 9 March 2022 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 13p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 8 April 2022.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 18 March 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 17 March 2022.
