Property Income Distribution

The Directors of Glenstone REIT Plc are please to report that at a Board Meeting held on 14 September 2022 it was resolved that an interim Property Income Distribution of 13p Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 14 October 2022 in respect of the year ending 31 March 2023.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 23 September 2022.  The ex-dividend date will be 22 September 2022.
