Property Income Distribution of 18p per Ordinary Share of 2p each- June 2025

The Directors of Glenstone REIT plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on 12 June 2025 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 18p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 11 July 2025 in respect of the year ending 31 March 2025.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 20 June 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 19 June 2025.
