Property Income Distribution of 14p per Ordinary Share of 2p each

The Directors of Glenstone REIT plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on 27 February 2024 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 14p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 12 April 2024 in respect of the year ended 31 March 2024.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 22 March 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 21 March 2024.
