Property Income Distribution of 14p per Ordinary Share

The Directors of Glenstone REIT plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on 13 September 2023 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 14p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 13 October 2023 in respect of the year ended 31 March 2024.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 22 September 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 21 September 2023.
