Prime Central London Pub Purchase

Glenstone’s leisure subsidiary Innbrighton Properties Limited have completed the purchase of The Old Red Lion pub located in prime central London. The premises comprise of a cellar, two trading levels with two floors of residential.

The addition increases the group’s pub portfolio to a total of nine freeholds.

The asset is well secured with large footfall within the area.

The pub was established by the sixteenth century, and was rebuilt in its present form in 1899 and it retains its original Victorian character. According to legend, Lord Protector & Lieutenant General Oliver Cromwell’s body lay in the cellar for several days prior to dismemberment in September 1658.
