On 15 May 2026, the Board of Glenstone REIT plc ("Glenstone") announced that it was considering a possible offer for Alternative Income REIT plc ("Possible Offer"). All announcements by the Company in relation to the Possible Offer, and any other documents required to be published by Glenstone on a website under the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, will be made available.
