Glenstone purchases prominent Retail Warehouse in Nuneaton

Glenstone REIT Plc are pleased to announce the acquisition of a prominent retail warehouse in Nuneaton.

The property is let to Halfords Ltd and Dreams Ltd on leases until 2026.

The acquisition forms part of Glenstone’s current strategy in acquiring prominent assets that mirror vacant possession and rebuild value.

Glenstone’s Property Investment Manager Sam Russell, commented, "This provides an excellent addition for Glenstone REIT, with a strong underlying site value. Furthermore, both retailers have performed well in recent times with both stores being key locations of their respective estates".
