Glenstone acquire Homebase in Saffron Walden

Glenstone Property Plc are pleased to announce the freehold acquisition of Homebase in Saffron Walden.

The property offers a well configured unit located in the highly affluent town of Saffron Walden with strong residual value.

The property is let to Homebase on a 15 year lease with a tenant break in year 10. The tenant has reported strong trading performances throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

The acquisition forms part of Glenstone’s wider strategy of diversifying the portfolio and is a welcome addition to the retail warehouse in Rushden that was purchased earlier in the year.
