Glenstone REIT plc are pleased to announce the acquisition of an industrial investment in Aberdeen let to Airbus at a price of £3,850,000 and NIY of 8.25%.

The property offers a modern, well configured unit located within close proximity to Aberdeen airport.

The property is let to Airbus Helicopters UK Limited (guaranteed by French parent company Airbus Helicopters SAS) on a 20-year lease with nearly 8 years unexpired term with a fixed rental increase in 2024.

The acquisition is a welcome addition to our industrial portfolio and forms part of Glenstone’s wider strategy of diversifying the portfolio in terms of sector and key commercial locations.
