Completion of Tender Option & Cancellation of Treasury Shares

Glenstone REIT Plc (the "Company") hereby announces that following the approval granted at the Annual General Meeting held on 13 September 2023, the Company has completed the purchase of 53,327 ordinary shares at price of £9.50 per share on 14 September 2023.

All 53,327 shares purchased by the Company have been cancelled.

The Company has also cancelled the 20,343 shares previously held in treasury.

The resulting issued ordinary share capital of the Company is 9,535,688 shares. No shares are held in treasury.
