Chairman's Interim Statement & Financials - September 2022

The Directors of Glenstone REIT plc are pleased to publish the interim Financial Statements for the 6 months to 30 September 2022. These are accompanied by the Chairman’s Interim Statement linked below.

Post period, the Company repaid a £10m loan held with Lloyds Bank plc for £9.4m, realising a break gain of £0.6m. The decision was reached following significant financial analysis and modelling. The repayment of the loan provides an adjusted risk-free return of 6.36% per annum, until what would have been the expiry date in December 2024.
